Regardless of the size of your organization, you’ll be supported by a team of people every step of the way, from your Sales Account Executive to your dedicated Account Manager. As part of the on-boarding and support process, you can expect:

  • Your conferencing credentials to be setup and delivered in a timely and accurate manner
  • Your Account Manager to contact you within 24 hours to introduce themselves, answer questions and discuss your needs
  • Personalized, live training sessions combined with informational how-to documents on all of our solutions
  • Assistance in providing customized templates when rolling out new services to your internal team
  • Worldwide technical assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year
  • Access to our Online Billing portal for customers who want to view and/or pay invoices online
  • Access and training to an Admin Portal to add/remove users, update conferencing profiles and run usage reports
  • Your dedicated Account Manager to be responsive and supportive not only during your initial implementation, but throughout your life cycle as a customer
